Kawasaki Fuel Tank Sending Unit Block-Off Plate – Shop Tool / Cleaning / Leak Testing / Storage

This reusable fuel tank block-off plate is designed to temporarily seal the fuel level sending unit opening on select Kawasaki motorcycles during fuel tank cleaning, maintenance, restoration, leak testing, or storage.

When removing the factory fuel level sensor or sending unit, this plate allows you to cover the opening without reinstalling the original component, making fuel tank servicing and restoration easier and more convenient.

Manufactured from durable ABS plastic, each plate includes a custom-made flexible, rubber-like sealing gasket.

This product is a temporary fuel tank service tool. It is not intended as a permanent replacement for the factory fuel level sending unit and must not be used while the motorcycle is running or being ridden.

Any leak or pressure testing must be performed using appropriate low-pressure procedures and safety precautions.

We also manufacture Kawasaki fuel pump block-off plates for select fuel-injected motorcycles, allowing both fuel tank openings to be temporarily sealed during servicing.
