Honda CB750K Vintage Retro Cafe Style Headlight Bucket & Gauge Mount for 5" Headlight

Give your vintage Honda a clean, traditional look while retaining the ability to use a standard-style speedometer and factory Honda ignition switch.

This is a custom-designed headlight bucket and mounting system made specifically around the Honda CB750K front end. The bucket is designed to accommodate a standard 5" motorcycle headlight, an approximately 84–85 mm speedometer, and the standard Honda ignition switch used on many 1970s Honda models.

The bucket shown in the photos is installed on a 1977 Honda CB750K.

NOT INCLUDED:

The headlight, speedometer, ignition switch, wiring, or other motorcycle components shown in the photos are NOT included.

The bucket is designed around a standard 5" motorcycle headlight (we used a standard Harley Davidson OEM) and an approximately 84–85 mm speedometer gauge. The gauge shown in the photos is a universal 85 mm GPS speedometer used for test fitting and demonstration purposes and is not included.

The bucket is also designed to accept the standard Honda-style ignition switch used on many 1970s Honda motorcycles.

MATERIAL:

The bucket and brackets are printed from black ABS plastic. ABS is a durable material well suited for motorcycle applications and designed to handle the heat, vibration, and normal conditions associated with a typical motorcycle headlight mounting application.

The black ABS can be used as-is or sanded, primed, and painted to match your motorcycle.

FITMENT:

The standard version is designed around the 35 mm fork setup and fork spacing of the Honda CB750K.

This mounting configuration may also be applicable to other Honda models using the same fork diameter and mounting dimensions, including:

• 1977–1978 Honda CB750K

• 1977–1978 Honda CB750F Super Sport

• 1976–1978 Honda CB750A Hondamatic

• 1974–1978 Honda CB550K

• 1974–1978 Honda CB550F

Please verify your fork diameter and mounting spacing before ordering. Older motorcycles can have differences between model years and configurations, so fitment should be confirmed based on your actual motorcycle.

The headlight bucket can be adapted to other motorcycles by changing the fork mounting brackets.

If you have a different motorcycle and would like to use this bucket, contact us BEFORE purchasing with your motorcycle model, fork tube diameter, and fork mounting/bracket spacing.

Custom fork brackets can be designed for different fork sizes and spacing where practical.

This allows the same vintage-style headlight bucket to potentially be adapted to a variety of custom and vintage motorcycle applications without redesigning the entire headlight assembly.
